By using the Storyworthy mobile application, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Storyworthy ("the App") is provided to you as a tool for personal journaling and memory tracking. By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
2. Use of the App
- Personal Use: The App is intended for your personal, non-commercial use.
- Data Responsibility: All data (text, dates, etc.) is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for managing and backing up your own data. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur due to device failure, app uninstallation, or other circumstances.
3. Intellectual Property
The App's code, design, and original content are the intellectual property of the App's developer and are protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
4. No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be bug-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the developer of Storyworthy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.
